On May 6, 2016, China Security & Fire Co., Ltd. held the 24th Meeting of its 9th Board and 19th Meeting of its 9th Supervisors Committee. Resolutions such as “Resolution on Related Transactions due to Non-public Offerings”, and “Resolution on Specifying Issue Price and Issue Quantity” were passed in the Directors’ Meeting. Resolutions such as “Resolution on Audit Report (2013-2015) of China Security & Fire Co., Ltd.” and “Resolution on Risks and Relevant Preventive Measures in Decrease of Spot-rate due to Non-public Offerings (Amendment)” were passed in the Supervisors’ Meeting.
